Visitors arriving in a lakeside town want to know quickly what's worth seeing, where to eat, where to stay and what's on right now. That information is usually scattered across many different sources, in different languages, which makes it even harder for visitors from abroad.
hellosiofok.hu brings Siófok's sights, restaurants, accommodation, service providers and current events together in one place, browsable by category, with a live temperature reading for the town at the top of the page. The site is available in Hungarian, English and German. The companion mobile app lets visitors access the same information while they explore the town. A #hellosiofok selfie point on the lakeside promenade, near the Rose Garden, complements the online presence with an on-site photo opportunity.
The site launched in 2018, on the 50th anniversary of Siófok becoming a town, and it is still online today, giving visitors an overview of what the town has to offer.
