AI pilot

maX an AI assistant for leadership coaches

It takes over the analysis of questionnaires and interviews, so coaches can focus on their clients instead of the paperwork.

A leadership coach collects a lot of information about each client: questionnaires, interviews, notes. Working through it and putting the feedback together takes hours of manual work, and in the end that limits how many clients a coach can take on.

maX takes that work off the coach's shoulders. It analyses the material against a leadership model, makes suggestions, and can be asked questions in plain language. The decision always stays with the coach: the AI prepares, it does not decide.

We built maX together with Zero Emission Leadership.

At Appific, we have used an AI-agent-based development system since 2024: the agents work within strict technical rules, while a specialist decides on the system's structure and accepts the result. I have more than twenty years of experience as a software developer and architect; I previously worked on fintech systems. I now put that experience to use designing systems, reviewing them and managing their technical risks.
