A training program usually runs in a handful of sessions, and in between, participants are left to themselves: what was just learned fades quickly, the trainer has no way to see who is keeping up, and the organization gets little insight into how the program is actually going.
Thod turns the time between sessions into part of the learning journey itself: short tasks, tests, videos and reading material keep it going, with points, badges and a leaderboard turning progress into a game, plus a shared space for messages and shared material. Trainers build their own course from templates with a drag-and-drop editor, score participants and give individual feedback, while the organization or HR sees every participant's and group's progress in automatically generated reports. The journey continues on mobile, too.
Programs run on Thod have covered presentation skills, change management, resilience, time management, mindfulness and leadership development; trainers, consultants and HR people report that the points system and the steady activity between sessions keep what was learned from fading. Other trainers and consultants also use it as their own platform for their own courses.
